How to choose the right Apple service

2. Check the status
Before Clean/Premium Clean and unclear cases, check FMI/GSX, iCloud Clean/Lost/Blacklist and the exact model by IMEI or SN.
3. Do not erase before advice
If the device is activated, passcode locked or says iPhone unavailable, erasing it can make the service harder and more expensive.
What to send
