Remote services
All remote services are performed only with 100% prepayment without exceptions.

Many in-person or shipped-device services require a 60% prepayment. The exact amount is confirmed before work starts.
In-person unlock
If the work is done in person and the service does not require upfront costs, payment may be made after the result.
Unlock requirements
For remote Apple or Android unlock work, prepare the device and workstation in advance. This helps us check compatibility, choose the correct method and avoid delays.
Operating system
Windows 10/11 or Mac OS on a computer where the device can be connected.
Remote access
Anydesk or UltraViewer for specialist connection and procedure support.
Client participation
You need to stay available, connect the device and follow simple specialist instructions.
Payment and prepayment
Remote services
All remote services are performed only with 100% prepayment without exceptions.
Some services
Many in-person or shipped-device services require a 60% prepayment. The exact amount is confirmed before work starts.
In-person unlock
If the work is done in person and the service does not require upfront costs, payment may be made after the result.
Prepayment is required because there have been cases where clients received the remote result and then avoided payment. For remote work, this condition is mandatory.
We accept instant bank transfers and card transfers. Available payment details are confirmed by the administrator before payment.
Warranty
Completed services include warranty support for up to 14 days unless different terms are stated for a specific service or agreed individually before work starts.
Warranty does not apply if the client updates, resets, flashes the device, changes accounts, provides incomplete data or ignores specialist instructions after the service.
Sending the device for unlock
If you are in another city, you can send the device using any convenient transport service. After we receive it, the device goes through diagnostics and unlock work, and you receive a detailed photo and video report with the result.

You pay the previously agreed service cost and the actual return delivery expenses.
Device return
We securely pack the device and send it back to your city. You receive a tracking number.
