Public offer and service terms
Please review these terms before placing an order. By contacting SmartMaster35Rus, the client confirms that the device belongs to them or that they have a lawful right to request service.
1. General terms
Services are provided for supported Apple and Android devices after preliminary diagnostics and agreement of the method, price and timing.
2. Service scope
The service may include unlocking, repair, diagnostics, GSX/IMEI checks, account-related recovery and software assistance according to the selected request.
3. Warranty limits
Warranty does not cover hidden damage, previous repairs, consequences of incorrect customer actions or services that are technically unavailable for a specific device status.
4. Payment and delivery
The final price is confirmed before work starts. For remote or delivery cases, shipping costs and responsibility for packaging are agreed separately.
5. Data and confidentiality
We treat customer information carefully and use only the data needed to complete diagnostics or the agreed service.
6. Legality
SmartMaster35Rus does not assist with stolen devices or unlawful access. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the provided information.
